I did have a bad hair cut, but after talking with Kimberly their manager. We resolved my issue within the best way possible, and it really made me feel better that she called after seeing my review to talk about what happened and she apologized profusely. My hair will grow back and I have ways of handling it til that happens. I'm a happier customer now

I went Fantastic Sams cut & color in Gallipolis Ohio in the Walmart plaza this week for the first time ever specifically to see Misty. A couple of months ago my boyfriend went in there with a picture and came out with that exact cut, and Misty was his stylist so I decided to give her a try and she did not disappoint! I also showed her a picture of the style that I wanted, and I left with exactly what I asked for. She listens to what you want and that is exactly what you get. She was also very nice and conversational. She offered additional services but never once pushed them, and she knows her way around a head of hair. I couldn’t be happier.

I am always satisfied with my service at this salon. They actually listen to you and do what you want them to do to your hair. Everyone is so fantastic and friendly, but Michaela is my favorite! She's the best!
