Took my new kitten in for a checkup and a couple shots. Have always liked this vet office. Was quick an thorough.
My only complaint is that the doors are not automatic. I use a Rollator as I have balance problems, and grabbing a door and not falling on my face is a problem. Still intend to return.

Wonderful vet and staff! This sweet and special boy showed up at my house one random day a few months ago. After trapping him i scheduled him with Horizon to have him looked at as he seemed in not so great shape. They got him in the next day and ended up having to keep a few days for some bloodwork and tests. A few days later he was able to come home with the all clear! All was going well until Blitz started sounding congested. Scheduled him again with horizon and got him checked out he ended up with some other issues( a polyp) and needed to be put under anesthesia. i originally took my cat to my usual vet after noticing weird behaviors that was unlike him. i didn’t feel satisfied with this vet’s care, approach, or detail on what was going on.. asked about bloodwork and he told me to not worry about it.
i decided to come to horizon after my friend highly recommended them to me. i needed a second opinion, my baby wasn’t getting better. they were pretty booked but i still got in the following day after i made my appointment. all of the staff was very friendly and kind. dr shuler was even more expressive and enthusiastic to see me and my cat. after his physical exam, he told me my cat had a mass on his liver-... read full review
