When anyone has to experience letting your best friend go, it shouldn't be in a sterile uncomfortable room with a metal table and chaos in the background. The room they provide is comfortable with soft music and no other noise. Didn't even have to walk through the lobby as they have a back door so your pets are more at ease. I don't even think he realized he was at the vet. I can't thank Dr. Alex and staff enough for making the hardest thing I've ever had to do easier and as compassionate as possible.“

“It isn't an easy choice to rescue outside cats. There are way too many to choose from. We had a choice to let an outside kitten pass due to illness or rescue it. Countryside diagnosed the kitten and treated him with meds they sent home with us the same day and within a couple of days you couldn't tell he was ever sick.“
