After following the set up on my new Dell computer, it would not accept my pin number. I took it to The Computer Guy. He had it back to me in a couple of hours and it’s running perfectly.

I bought what I thought was a brand new direct from HP laptop less than 3 months ago from Amazon. Turns out it was from a reseller who installed things and last week in the middle of working in Excel my laptop gave me the blue screen and would no longer work.
Based on his reviews I called Jim on Sunday - he even offered to have me bring it to him that day. I took it to him yesterday and in 24 hours he had fixed the issues and had it working good as new.
Considering I’m still getting the run around from Amazon and the reseller I can’t tell you how thankful I am for people who do great work and do it with integrity and craftsmanship.
He fixed my computer while I waited in the car . Done in no time at all and didn't charge me much either. Saved the day for me . Thank you. Definitely would go back if needed again.
