Thought I'd already left a review, but not able to find it to update it. My initial impression was not good. I made an appt, but it ended up being canceled the day of the appointment. The office staff blamed it on "corporate" scheduling appts and not being aware of their staff - so they didn't have a dentist available. Unfortunately I was already on my way and missed their call, so made the trip in pointlessly. Scheduled another appt time and came back. I wasn't overly impressed with the dentist, but the hygenist seemed nice. They took a ton of xrays and talked to me about a multitude of things that needed done. When you walk out of a dentist office with a smile immediately following an extraction, something was done right! The dentist, Dr. Gray is absolutely my favorite dentist of all time. He listened, he cared, he was gentle! Amazing experience!

Very friendly customer oriented, prompt service. Even with being short staffed, we were given good customer service the Dr. went above solving our immediate dental issues and concerns. An attempted to help fix previous issues that was left unresolved with another dentist. Andrew made all of our payment options clear and upfront. Explained all dental options clear an concise.
