My husband and I couldn't figure out why our fireplace stopped working. Coleton and Cole H instantly figured it out. They were on time, quick to fix the issue, very nice, and explained to me so I understood what happened. They put everything back in place and kept everything clean! Highly recommend.

Came out for annual service. Igniter needed replaced. Even after manufacturer delays in obtaining the needed parts, Mid-Valley chimney was diligent in following through and taking care of our gas fireplace.
