Patient care is absolutely horrible. The food is awful to the point residents are losing weight. There went a time where there was no wash clothes and wipes. They absolutely do not have their priorities straight and it’s obvious.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is not where you want your loved ones to be! Someone who worked for my grandpa and has been friends with him for 40+ years ended up here after a terrible accident. When my mom went to visit him all except one aid was sitting outside smoking, meanwhile the man she went to see was covered in his own feces, it was dried on his hands, smeared on the walls etc! He had a feeding tube and she marked it, when she went back THREE DAYS LATER it was at the same mark! Same container etc. He is now back in ICU, and I suspect they are partially to blame! Absolutely sick!
This is THE WORST nursing home…they want your money but that’s it. They send you letters saying, call if questions (Mgr Anita B.) but NEVER EVER return your calls. Invite you to conference calls, then never call you on the date scheduled. When you call to question…someone like Kimberly SAYS she will have someone return my call. 10 months of this …To Michael T., LNHA & Mark S., CEO… I have filed a complaint with the state of Ohio after speaking with Kimberly on 10/08, who somehow thought it was her decision to give away my deceased Mothers things HOURS after she passed at the local hospital. Kimberly said she was sorry & would have someone call. Again, no return...read full review
