I went to center point for my son when he was first born it was great at first, then we had a medical emergency from him having bumps over his head, the dr that came in Pamela Daufel diagnosed my son with staph when she didn’t even look at his head or touch it or even test it, she then prescribed the wrong medication for him, I went And got a second opinion because I just had a gut feeling and I’m glad I did because he was prescribed something that didn’t even work for him and was treating nothing for his bumps, I will never return or tell people to go there to at least see her. Very very disappointing that she wouldn’t even exam my 8 mo old.
Initial experience was not so great, but they redeemed themselves.... Staffing issues and a misunderstanding. Things happen so it is understandable.
Nancy in registration was wonderful and very informative. She set me up with Dr. Pruett, who was absolutely wonderful. I saw her and a NP (Cami?) and the initial visit was very thorough and I didn't feel patronized at all, like I would normally experience with a doctor. Very attentive and didn't spend the entire time typing notes into the computer as we spoke, so it actually felt like she was listening to everything I said. Overall it was a really great experience and I'm glad I made the choice to go here.
If you get a nurse named Kristina, request another nurse immediately, she was rude, didn't wear gloves, and repeatedly called my fiance a racial slur under her breath. Will never return.
