Based on the reviews, NOX US offers great service and quick loading. The shipping office is staffed by ladies who are helpful and efficient, allowing drivers to be in and out in 15 minutes. Drivers must now get out of their truck and go inside the guard shack to check in. The guard will direct drivers to pull right and back in. The driveway is easy to miss, located right after some houses and past a bridge. The NOX sign should be placed right at the entrance instead of down the road. The reason for the great service is that all ladies work together well on the docks.
This place is Great 👍🏽, I went for a Pickup, the guard checked ✔️ me in and I went to the shipping office 🏬 and It was A easy checking,,loading was quick,,,I think 🤔 the reason for the great service was because it was ALL LADY'S, working on the docks ,they Work Great together ❤️, Drivers you would Love this place 👍🏽
It wasn’t as bad as I thought. I missed my turn because i didn’t see the driveway in time. Where you see employee parking is where you’ll turn in, the other entrance/exit you see behind the building is blocked off. As soon as you go under the bridge and turn right you’ll see houses on the right, then right — right after those houses you’ll see the road leading to Nox. The Nox sign should be placed right at the entrance/exit instead of a yard down from it though, that’d be helpful. Guard will tell you to pull right and back in so you can sight see back in better.
Receiving doesn't come in until 8 am. You go the the receiving from a side street, where employees park. Just park along the side as you enter toward the gate, but don't block the gate. S and R are to the left. Turn to the right as you enter the gate and back down to receiving. That way you can sight side back into the docks which are located inside the building.
