Our washer pump died on us, so we called to see if they had a replacement part. They took our info to call back after they checked to see if they had it on hand. Luckily, they did & they held the part for us to pick up. The price was quite a bit more than what we found online, but we didn't want to wait a week for ine to be shipped & we love to support local businesses. The lady working in the store was friendly & helpful.
I prefer to help our town businesses out as much as possible ? We Purchased a washer and dryer from the couple that owns Fostoria Appliance. Wonderful, helpful (he knows his appliances, been in the business I know of, since I was a little kid). Cost is comparable with the big chain stores. Quality. Happy with our purchase!
I like no pressure sales and phone calls. I really like when I call and ask for a price on a part that I get the price. A few times they have asked other questions, only to help make sure I am getting the right part. When it comes time to replace the appliances, I will head here.
