The receptionist was able to schedule me within a week of my issue. Mark came to the house well within the allotted time given and fixed my issue and explained what part had gone faulty. Excellent service and will use them again should an issue arise again with my appliances.
Mark Thomas did a great job troubleshooting our Whirlpool washer, then restoring it to working order. Extremely pleased with the results and felt a very fair price on the repair. A bonus was getting historical recap of the USA appliance industry, including foreign brands penetrating the market, over the last 30-40 years. Would repeat business with Mark Thomas.
