I wanted to take this time to let everyone know my amazing experience with McDaniels Heating And Cooling I had today. I had called them this morning and they told me someone would call me back to set an appointment. I waited till 1:30 without a callback and called them back but no one answered. So I decided to call a different company. Once I called someone else, I got a call back from McDaniels. And once I told him that I had never got a call back, he had apologized profusely and took total responsibility.
