I have never had any issues with Dr. Seng's office. The only thing I could comment on was back in 2020 about bedside manner but now, that's gotten significantly better. I am a complicated patient with Autism making it hard to do the exam and over time Dr. Seng has definitely got it down better. Mrs. Seng is a godsend and make sure I'm calm and ready before my actual exam. They've done me well for 3 years now and I will continue to recommend and go back to them each and every time I need my glasses.

I have been going to Dr. Seng’s office since I was in the 5th grade and I’m now 24! Excellent staff including Kim who knows off the top of her head how I like my glasses to fit! The Dr. and his wife are super funny and professional!! I love you all thank you so much for making sure I’m not blind ?

very nice, staff and dr. are so kind. I am new to the area and they made me feel as if i have lived here all my life. very happy with the treatment and selection of glasses even for low income and poor insurance was amazing!!!!
