Had to have some links taken out of two watches that were way too long.He did it quickly, made sure the fit was right and charged me LESS than $20 for BOTH total. Will definitely go back.Some people are complaining that Bob isn't a people person. He's imo an introvert, like me. It's not that he's rude he's just not a "chatty Kathy" type person.Just remember this, he's not rude, he's just not a chatty person. IMO

The workmanship was excellent, we took an an engagement ring and a necklace for repair . The ring looked brand new when we picked it up. The repair was a little on the high side and took longer than expected but did an excellent job.
