“Joey Snyder, owner of Stanley Steamer, Madison Ohio, is an extraordinary businessman. I drove a 20X12-ish oriental rug from Florida to Madison Ohio to give to a friend. There, we determined it needed cleaned, and Joey & team promptly came over and got the rug. Afterward, it turned out the rug didn’t work for the friend, so I asked Joey if he could ship it back. Instead of just saying “no,” he said he’d look into it. He was gracious and interested in helping. And later, he called and let me know he’d worked out a way! He went out of his way to help and was a true pleasure to work. The rug shipped safely back to me & here it is:“
