Generac Generator Purchase and Installation - Following a 2-day power outage, I contacted Mike Couchot. Mike responded immediately to my inquiry and scheduled a home visit. Mike gave me several options regarding a Generac generator for my home. NO PRESSURE and no attempt to up-sell me. I decided on a whole house generator and Mike and his team took over from there. They installed a Generac generator. They showed up at the time they said they would, introduced everyone on the team. They explained the process, did very nice work and cleaned up afterwards. They also gave us instruction on how it works and what we should do. I definitely recommend them.

I just had a 26K generac put in less then 2 weeks ago. They arrived between 8 & 8:30 am. They got started on the installation & had it all done by 12:30 pm. We went through everything about the unit before they were all done & had it all set up & ready to run. Time & day was all set for it to come on once a week at 10:00 am on Saturday & run for 5 minutes. The time it took to install, how it all looked when they were finished, i was very satisfied with it all start to finish. The way Biden was talking to the nation on how many blackouts we would be seeing, & me sitting here with a total electric home, i was NOT going to take any chances!! Job... read full review
