Such a sweet and caring staff at the Pet Loss Service. Darrell and everyone were so wonderful to me every step of the way when my cat passed away 2 weeks ago. They took wonderful care of her for me. Thank you all so much!

We had my dad's funeral arrangements and viewing at Coldren-Crates per his wishes and they provided first class service. We were treated very respectfully and they did a beautiful job handling everything. We will be using them in the future when the need arises. I can't say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Charlie and Jack both.
