After 10 months of trying to find a barber in Ohio who could actually fade properly, I finally found my spot at Carillo’s Barber Lounge with Victor.
Coming from Detroit, my standards are high — clean fades, proper blending, and someone who actually understands head shape, beard density, and how hair grows. Victor nailed it. The fade is clean, even, and balanced, and the beard work was done with intention, not just chopped down. He took the time to explain what he was doing, showed me in the mirror where the lines were set so everything fills in correctly, and made sure the cut worked for me, not just a generic style.

Jared did a great job on our son’s hair! He’s only 2 and isn’t super cooperative for haircuts yet, he took the time to show him everything and make him more comfortable and was super patient with him.
