Carpet Mart provides flooring installation with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customers report amazing jobs done with incredible attention to detail, with installers who go above and beyond. The staff is very nice and helpful, with salespeople willing to stay open late. Installers are quick, efficient, and skilled, doing entire jobs themselves. Customers love their new carpet and vinyl and state they will be returning customers.
Highly recommend! I had beautiful grey wood looking vinyl planks installed in my laundry room, kitchen and dining room. Super friendly knowledgeable staff from the salesman, estimate guy, and Ty the installation gentleman. I was surprised that he did the entire installation all by himself. He did an amazing job with incredible attention to detail. Showed up the second day to finish the job even though he was feeling under the weather. RESPECT!! Went above and beyond. Even fixed a broken kitchen drawer that I had abandoned using. Hell of guy and worker. He has a real skill and I appreciate his time a labor spent. Called late in the day and Brad said to come in over and he'd stay open to talk with us. I'm leaning heavily towards buying here.If his installation crew is as good as he is, I will leave this 5 star review stand.So, do yourself a favor, go speak with him before you buy elsewhere.
Got my carpet installed today,from start to finish Chris's crew was excellent and did an AMAZING JOB.!!!!! I will always buy from them. Can't say enough good things about them. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
