Annie gave me a terrific perm! My hair is hard to perm because it is mostly white now. Annie rolled the rods expertly so it's evenly permed. No styling was necessary because it was warm and I didn't want to stress my hair with heat. My hair air-dried and looked fabulous. Friendly place! Cash or checks only, no credit or debit cards.
