honestly pretty good experience. they came out quick when my AC went out in the middle of a heatwave and fixed it same day. the price was fair, definitely not the cheapest but not trying to rip me off either.
only thing is the guy who came was nice but he talked my ear off for like 30 minutes while he was working. i get being friendly but i had stuff to do. still, they did good work and i’d call them again if something breaks.
Attached security light broken requiring breaker to be off. That breaker also controls all the outlets in the main bathroom.
Chris immediately answered my message describing the problem and was able to schedule a replacing of the light in less than 12 hours. Remarkable promptness and consideration.
He was knowledgeable and professional.

Had Chris from Darce Electric out today and he was awesome. Super down to earth, easy to talk to, and got right to work. No standing around, no upselling, no nonsense. He actually got the job done quicker than he originally thought, which was a nice surprise.
