Cost Cutters

Requested style: Shampoo & blow dry.
Although the hair stylist was accommodating and did a nice job, I had to wait until she finished her lunch. I’m not blaming her, I just wondering why you had only one person to do hair.

I arrived at cost cutters and Stephanie was my hair dresser. I had extremely long thick hair that had become matted. This was easily a three person job yet she sat there for four hours with me combing my hair through, not giving up, not complaining. Showing complete compassion. It was a very painful process but she didn't back down from it, had comfortable tunes playing in the background all the while tending to the other customers that were coming in/answering phone calls. She didn't make me feel like a bother and her perseverance inspired me. Because of her I will send clients to that place.

I decided to go here when my stylist left another shop. Kate cut my hair and did a great job. I've been back for another cut and was not disappointed. Prices are reasonable too.
