I’ve been seeing Dr. Briggs for about 10 years now and can honestly say that I love this woman and her primary receptionist. She truly cares about her patients. Recently, I had a terrible issue developing with my eyes and it appeared to be allergies (it was) so I had self-treated but the issue worsened greatly yesterday and I was in tremendous fear and pain. I call their office very late in the day yesterday because I could not take the eye pain or itchiness anymore and was very upset and concerned. Yes, you might have to wait a while, but Dr. Briggs and her Ophthalmologist are caring and precise. Another Dr. in the area would not listen to my concerns, and another could not fix my issue.
I have been a patient with Dr. Briggs for the better part of 15 years and have never experienced a more consummate professional in my life.I dutifully drive the 60 mile round trip to see her since the reception and comfort I and my family are afforded by her and her equally competent staff is unmatched.
