If you are selling your home and need a termite inspection, please use this company. We had termites and Pinnacle took really good care of us. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice! I've recommended Gary Grable (covers east of I-75) & Kevin Thomas (covers west of I-75) of Pinnacle Exterminating for termite and wood-destroying insects inspections to my real estate clients for many years!I even used them personally to remove a yellow jackets nest in my chimney and an underground hornets nest in my yard. They are professional and very knowledgable! They're the best!
