The staff at this store is super helpful and very friendly. We have shared stories and pictures of our pets and how well they are doing. I enjoy shopping at this store and will continue to do so. You have really good people working here.

My vital care has been messed up for a long time, and we paid a year in full a month ago and it wasn't showing. I can never get it to work and cust service never really helps. TRINITY was amazing and got it all worked out with the help line for us, changed my email and got it taken care of. She worked on it for a long while for us, kept a great attitude and was so helpful. I will stay coming to this location because of her.Give that girl a raise!

Bought a bearded dragon here today. They have some amazing black Friday sales going on right now. The employee that helped me out was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out.
