Front desk staff was nice. The assistant was great, super friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. The doctor seemed rushed and not that engaging. Overall the appointment was fine, I went to get my eyes checked for new glasses. Didn't get the glasses... prices are too high ?
I have been going to the Fairfield location off and on for several years, but have been a patient of My Eye Doctor (previously Wing Eyecare) for over a decade and after my appointment yesterday, this will now be my go to office even though there is one closer to me. The staff is absolutely amazing! They are kind, professional, helpful, caring, and made the entire appointment more relaxing. Dr. Martin Unaeze was hands down the best eye doctor I have seen. He was kind, caring, professional, quick and answered all of my questions in detail. If you are looking for eye care, I highly recommend trying this location!
We’ve never been to this location. When we walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was kind, professional, and engaging. The doctor was pleasant and shared his knowledge and expertise. I would go back to this location because the staff and the experience were great.
