I lost my goodest boy today, we brought him in with breathing problems . It was unexpected . They moved quick , they did absolutely everything they could. They explained how time was of the essence . Supported me . And helped me through the entire event . We’ve been taking our dogs there for a few years now and every staff member I have encountered there has been phenomenal. We didn’t expect to lose our boy today but their attention and empathy made it so much more bearable . We appreciate everything they did for him and will continue to trust them for our other two pups.
QUALITY!! Ive transitioned to MPAH from another local vet and the difference in care from the Dr's and staff is amazing. From the compassionate and friendly staff to Dr's that listen and the brand of care they bring is wonderful.
I cannot express what a wonderful place this is. We have used them as our vet for almost 15 years now and every visit could not be better. We recently had to put to rest our 13 year old cat- the first pet we have ever had to do this for- and they made this horrible time for us go as easily as possible. The dr gave us all the options and opinions they could give with all of the experience they have and allowed us to make the decision on our own, but explained everything so professionally yet so caring.
