We have two properties and we had both of the roofs replaced. They did an excellent job. Jack Davenport was the project manager, and he was very attentive to our needs and the glitches along the way. The crew was pleasant and efficient. When there was a glitch, Mr. Davenport addressed himself to it completely. And worked with it until it was resolved and we were satisfied. I think the name for that is “good customer service.”
Mr Roof did a great job replacing my roof. We had to do a total tear off and they did it in 2 days and there was zero mess. When I had questions their team was knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process. They also support their guarantee 100%. I give Mr. Roof 5 stars, and highly recommend them!
We had our roof replaced yesterday. From our salesman, Thomas, all the hard workers who installed our roof and our inspection completed by Doug, it was a great experience. It looks fantastic and completed in one day. The cleanup afterwards was spotless! I highly recommend Mr. Roof!!
