Size inclusive robes and furniture, constant open dialog so you know what to expect next, and soft voices, music, and lighting create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all. Mary's team made us feel so comfortable and pampered. The team are skilled, consummate professionals. The environment was great enough for me to return on my own for a waxing appointment.
