Jennie has been amazing. Some friends recommended her after they bought a home and she helped us purchase our current home. She easily beat the financing options the popular lending sites were offering us. She later helped us refinance and WE SAVED THOUSANDS on the closing costs. She knows her stuff. If there is a bad review, its because someone truly should not have been trying to buy a home. We are ready to work with her again as we look to buy our next home.

Jennie Weber, did an amazing job at find us the perfect loan product. With todays interest rates moving so much we were able to lock in a good rate much better the the national average, and close Super early. She communicated with us daily and pushed the loan to underwriting for a quick Clear to Close. The whole process was so easy, not at all stressful.

Best mortgage broker in the Dayton area!!! Jennie and Team are extremely transparent in there approach. They fully disclose each and every detail of the transaction, if you've got a question they either have the answer or will get the answer. We worked with Jennie herself and couldn't be more pleased. In fact we are looking to use her firm again this year for another home.
