Jayme in sales was fantastic. Order was placed quickly & easily. Installation was prompt and the workers did a great job. Nothing but 5 stars from me. I will shop with Rite Rug again!
Bart W. was so helpful at getting us exactly what we needed. It was no easy task finding a match for carpet after 11 years. But Bart was able to do it. And his installers were on time and fast and did amazing job. Thanks to the whole crew!!!
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Jayme Taylor from the Fairborn store! She helped us make the perfect choice for our room, was patient with answering all of our questions throughout the process and even checked in with me during and after the installation! The whole process was so quick and she made it easy. The installers did a great job with what I think was a pretty challenging project! I would definitely recommend working with Jayme!
