Ken started doing all my major plumbing for the company I worked for and we immediately became friends. 25 years later he is still the man I call when I need plumbing done right the first time. Cannot express how many times I appreciated him fixing things on my homes and others we manage right the first time.
Our water heater was replaced under warranty. John was incredibly kind, professional, communicated well, and arrived on time. A diligent worker and even left the cardboard box for my kiddos to play with (per my request)He was very knowledgeable about his work and even gave a few pointers and professional opinions to my husband on another project he was working on.Very grateful for kind, hard working people! Furnace went out and pipes were in danger of freezing up. Called Puckett's and they were at the house in 5 minutes, had the problem fixed in 10 minutes. Ken runs an honest business and is very skillful. Highly recommended.Service: Heating system maintenance
