I got a full set. The woman that did my nails cut me with the drill. She went to another nail got my skin I pulled back she told me not to pull back, I let it go. She did it again on the next nail and kind of got an attitude and said if I pull back it’s going to cut me, which she already did, and I said well you keep getting my skin with it that’s why I’m pulling back. Because it was hurting.. she said yeah and nothing else. One of my nails isn’t even filed straight on the top I have all kinds of acrylic stuck under nails and have another cut from where my skin was stuck to my nail..
Been here twice, the first time was good, second time not so good. The lady that did my pedicure bout tore off my cuticles on each toe, is what it felt like and practically did with one toe that started to bleed in which I still have the scar. When the incident happened she side eyes me as to know what she did in hopes I didn't notice, then proceeded to spray something on the toe which made it worse. I won't be going back though I planned to, but it's a wrap. No thanks. Stop scheduling new customers with workers that aren't really qualified. If anything schedule new customers with the techs that have been there and know what their doing
