“They did a fabulous job on my dog. I am a first time customer and found out about them on Facebook. I have a very fluffy double coated dog who really needed a good de shed and trim. He came out smelling amazing, his fur is so much lighter and softer. They did a great job getting the undercoat out, which will be great for the hot summer. They were very patient with my dog, since he doesn’t like nail trims. I am very happy with the results and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially any double coated dog owners searching for someone who can take good care of that coat type.“

They have the best prices for boarding, especially with how high quality their kennel is. Very kind people and never have had any issues, so we have full trust every time we drop our boy off to them. “Just went to get a neuter for my little guy Cracker. As far as I know he is in great shape a little groggy but no complications or problems with the surgery. Even called after to make sure I didn’t have any questions.I will say one of the older receptionist was a little rude to my partner and I when I went to check out and kinda talked to me like a child. The other receptionist that was there I think her name was Brittney she was a blessing and a saint, very kind and understanding and was very gentle with the little man cracker.“

“Great experience at the Centerville location self-wash service! My anxious heeler desperately needed a bath before ACL surgery and the tub at home wasn’t an option in his current condition. He refused the steps but the employee was so kind and patient and lifted him in and out of the tub (and he’s a chubby boy!). Their wash system was fast and easy, and the raised tub saved me from hours of back pain. I am so grateful for the help of the employee and we will definitely come back after he’s healed from surgery.“

“I have had dogs through the years that go to pet perfection and recieve their doggie beauty treatment. This includes toe nails, pulling hair from my poodles' ears (a required item for poodles) and a beautiful hairdo. All this for a reasonable price and delivered by friendly staff“
