I gotta give a huge shoutout to the Long Cleaners. The two ladies running the store are total gems! They're super nice and have that kind of vibe that just makes you feel at home. Plus, they work crazy hard. They just show actually care about the clothes and the customers, which is pretty cool. Their customer service? Legit amazing. Very friendly staff and great quality work! I brought in a wool coat with leather fasteners in for cleaning, I had gotten 2nd hand. It was covered in pills and animal hair. The staff were very knowledgeable and took care in explaining the needed services and risks to me since the garment wasn't clear on all materials being uses on the fasteners, so I was able to make an informed decision. Service was quick and the coat, OMG! It looks like new! I hate winters, but I cannot wait for the weather to turn so I can wear it!
