Lance Roofing & Siding Inc. in our opinion is the best. We have used them multiple times over the years for a new roof, window frame, siding, and extra items. Their service is great along with quality, and the staff gives awesome customer service. They did a repair today and was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend them for any of these types of projects needed. Thank you, Gary, the 2 gentlemen that came out today, and the girls in the office.
We used Lance Roofing for an estimate on repairing issues found during the inspection period of potentially buying a new house. I called and someone answered the phone, wow, that rarely happens. They understood exactly what I needed and performed the estimate within days. That’s a rarity as well.
The report I received of their findings and what’s needed to repair was detailed and easy to understand.
I would highly recommend Lance Roofing.
Excellent and professional. I will certainly use them again.
We had 2 side by side houses with storm damage. Lance came out for inspections on the day we called. They made temporary repairs and were able to schedule the roof repairs and roof replacements within a couple of weeks. The crews were amazing and completed all the work within 2 full days. Lance was easy to work with and we're so happy with our beautiful new roofs. Thank you Lance Roofing!
