We have dealt with Lance Roofing and siding once before and they did a wonderful job then and they did a wonderful job for us this time. They replaced our siding, gutters and even built us new overhang on the front of our house. They were couteous and professional with all their work. Scott Shepard was the gentleman we dealt with on all the organization of the work they did. He was able to secure the color of the siding we wanted and did all that we asked of them. Very happy with their work and will use them again and refer them to others.

The owner, Gary Lance, came out to take a look at our gutter project the same day we called. He even made a second trip back to make sure he got the best match possible for our pole barn. They were able to quickly schedule our work, did a great job, and reached out the next time it rained to make sure the gutters were working just how they should. Great service all around!

I needed a small flat roof replaced on my house and Gary came out quickly, reviewed what I had, answered my questions and explained the updated materials that would be used this time. I signed the estimate and received prompt communication from the employees on timing of installation. The installers were professional, friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job.
