Jess at the front desk was absolutely amazing to me and my daughter!! It was our first time at this location and she was very sweet, great personality she was very thorough on the directions for my daughters spray tan, wrote us out an after-care card, made us feel very comfortable we will definitely be switching to this location! Thank you for the hospitality Jess❤
I love Palm Beach tanning in Lebanon Ohio because it’s always clean. The staff is always friendly and professional and the manager no matter what is always nice even when she’s busy she takes time to help.
The customer service at Palm Beach Tan in Lebanon is fantastic. My daughter and I were in over the weekend and had quite a few questions about my daughter's spray tan. Miranda (the store manager) went above and beyond to help us and was very kind. We really appreciated her assistance and will definitely be returning customers!
