Did a good job in assisting my mom with her computer, although they didn’t have to do anything extra to it, as she had already called and got them (GeekSquad) to help over the phone.

Like most geek squad departments, the people were more knowledgeable than anyone else in the store, but the concept and prices are ridiculous. Not usually worth it and the knowledge is still sub par for the price.
