Horrified with the blue screen of death impossible to recover because of the hard drive is actually on the motherboard as opposed to being a separate removable module. However they were so professional and so helpful when I bought a new computer and had them set it up for me.
While they were somewhat helpful, they didn't resolve the issue. I purchased a new laptop in May and started having trouble with it in July. I took it back once and then said it was fixed. It wasn't. I took it back a second time and they sent it out for service. A week later, I received it back but they said there wasn't anything wrong with it. I asked The geek squad rep what i should do and he just shrugged his shoulders. on. Mind you, this was a brand new very expensive computer. I'll never go back there again. Microcenter is where ill take it from now oon.
Did a good job in assisting my mom with her computer, although they didn’t have to do anything extra to it, as she had already called and got them (GeekSquad) to help over the phone.
