Called to request a technician to snake a downspout drain to find the end of the drain. The drain was ending somewhere in the yard and I was concerned about undermining. They were able to get me an appointment the next day and were very professional and pleasant to speak with. Chris showed up almost at the beginning of his window, listened to my concerns and what I would like done. He got straight to work and was able to verify the internal condition of the drain pipe and locate the end within 30 minutes. Wonderful experience from quote to install for my new water heater. Was able to have new heater installed the next morning after receiving quote. Professional team and explained everything on what to expect during install. Highly recommended for future services.
Our technician for our water softener install was Stephen. He was extremely polite, professional, and very courteous as well! He did an amazing job installing and then explaining our new system, and he even took time to explain additional options for consideration with zero pressure on us to buy at that time or at all. The install was done cleanly, any messes were cleaned up, and all in all, we are very happy!
Highly recommend this company, as it is hard to find honest businesses that aren’t taking advantage of people.
