The work that I requested was completed in a professional manner. The quote that I was given was reasonable and it did not change. It would have been nice if my repairs could have been completed more quickly, but a busy schedule is unavoidable in construction. I found Dependable Construction by chance when I purchased a new home in Yellow Springs. I could not be happier with the job they did with gutting and remodeling my kitchen and two bathrooms. They took pride in their work, suggested beautiful and practical design options, communicated with us well throughout the process, and were a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about this company and the way they do business. I am in residential construction sales and management in California and used them to remodel an investment property of mine in Dayton. First, they picked up their phone first call, and were nothing but responsive, transparent and informative throughout the job...which is rare these days. Brian was the lead for my project, and was phenomenal in his CRM and management. Second, they were fair with pricing, and never tried to hit me with change orders or excuses...again, rare these days.
