We highly recommend Dependable Construction(=DC) given they built an amazing 800 square foot covered deck on our home. Through this project we came to appreciate the following about DC.
1) From the start, they came up with key design details that really made our deck look amazing. As just one example, by painting the support posts/joist black (see photos) guides one’s eyes to the nicely finished upper level deck.
2) They do what they say they will do and make things right when unanticipated issues pop up. Even after full payment, they came back to fix some minor items that popped up after the project was complete.
