I have to leave a review because EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW how GREAT this place is! I took my son to get a haircut today at another barber and let’s just say he got a BOTCHED job, I was crying and was so scared we would need to cut off more than I wanted. I see AD barbers as I’m driving on Colonel Glenn and my sons yelling there’s a barber sign so I pull in the parking lot… do a little more research and seen great reviews. I walk in ask if they take walk ins, explain to them my son just got his hair cut (they could tell) and that it’s messed up and how upset I was… they got us STRAIGHT IN and when I tell you they FIXED my little babes hair and they give you luxury treatment! He got a hot towel, he got a back massage, he got his hair done right, and styled at the end… hands down one of the BEST cuts he’s had! I go up and I pay… and the owner I’m guessing it is to do something and they were asking my phone number I thought they were just putting us in the system… no they went above and beyond and gave us a gift card with enough money to get my sons hair cut again next time… basically making his hair cut free! When I tell you I said thank you and walked out so quick because I was gonna cry AGAIN… this time happy tears. They truly didn’t have to do that but I’m grateful they did! I paid for his botched cut too cause I’m just not that type of person so this truly made my day! THANK YOU SO MUCH AD BARBERS! Your customer service was top notch even before you went above and beyond. Everyone was so nice, felt like home, and from what I heard it’s family owned and ran which is awesome! (I REALLY wish I got names but I was so shocked and happy I just didn’t, but I will next time because their WILL BE a next time for sure) DEFINITELY Check them out!
