As the Administrator, I am so proud of our new team. Our quality of care has improved significantly. We have a phenomenal DON, Kim, who ensures that our residents are well taken care of. I have only been in this position as the DON for a short period of time, during this time I can really say that my Stna’s and nurses has really showed me how dedicated they are to our residents. I really enjoy being a part of this team.
