This practice has been my go to vet for over 24 years and I couldn't be happier. They are a group of veterinarians who have supported the health of my fur children from baby hood until they needed to cross that rainbow bridge, without being exorbitant in their prices. I will only trust Refugee Canyon Veterinary Services with the care of my animals' health and boarding. (Knowing my dogs are safe and cared for = my actually ENJOYING my vacation rather than low key worrying about them while I'm on the beach). The whole staff is so welcoming and caring when I bring my dog, Mabel, here. Dr. Sattler is very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is easily understandable. Mabel is so comfortable around everyone who works there. It makes me appreciative knowing she’s in good hands. I highly recommend Refugee Canyon.
Our appointment with Stephanie (vet tech) and Dr. Sattler was excellent. Oliver received a very thorough 'new pet' exam. Both Stephanie and Dr. Sattler were thorough in their questions and exam as well as sensitive to Oliver's nervousness at being in a new place with new people (after being adopted and brought from Kentucky four days earlier). I was also struck by how quickly Dr. Sattler 'read' Oliver's personality and behaviors. Thank you for your good care.
