I haveused Mr Air 4times in the last several years. I have never experienced any sales pressure or scare tactics. My last experience with my furnace issue was transparent. Tommy called me downstairs and asked me to feel around in the heat exchanger and asked me what I felt. I told him a mild crack. He informed me it was not urgent at the moment after checked for co2 leakage to verify safety. There were no hidden costs and he informed me everything he was testing for. He welcomed me to stay while he was performing the service too. I would highly recommend using Mr. Air.
Got back to me same day and was at the house the next. Diagnosed, part picked up and installed, all in less than three hours. Thanks again for keeping me warm on these cold Ohio nights!
I highly recommend Mr Air! I purchased a hot water tank & have the HVAC service program. They are very thorough, knowledgeable & responsive. And the price is right! Plus, Tommy & Tom are really nice guys! Thanks, Mr Air for being there when we need you!!!
