We consistently choose Loves Travel Stops because they have fenced dog parks. Today we were very disappointed with the Etna, OH location. we don't blame the Loves staff. They were friendly and helpful. However the dog park was very unclean. Do pet owners care about anyone???? PLEASE dog owners, pick up after your dog!! Loves provides a beautiful fenced in space with poop bags, trash cans, benches. The Loves staff has done what they can, short of making rounds to pick up your dog's poop. I'm sure Loves will be disappointed by the low rating....but it's my honest impression given that we choose Loves for the dog park specifically.
This used to be my favorite place to stop. It's still clean but the last 5 stops or so there has been a line waiting to check out and nobody behind the counter. Either the cashier is cleaning showers or something else ?. The wait times have been 5 to 10 minutes or more. For someone driving a route this is not good.
Very clean store but allowing drivers to park anyway they want is a huge draw back it was very nice to see that they hired a man in a wheel chair I love it when corporations hire handicapped people
