First time visiting and initial response was WOW! Greeted at the door, asked if I’d like a beverage and seated me at my table after picking out my polish. Met my nail designer Pam and was immediately blown away by the great customer service and care. Very wonderful personality and you can tell she takes pride in her work and customer satisfaction! The cleanliness was beyond imagination and very impressed with the spa. Top notch and am now a returning customer I’m so pleased with my manicure and Pam! Keep up the great work Bella! Had to stop on a road trip to return some spectrum equipment, had a GREAT Experience!!The nail tech Vi was fast, professional and so friendly. She cleaned up the sloppy set of acrylicsI came in with and I left relaxed and feeling like a million dollars! Wish I wasn’t moving back to the East coast, I’d come back often.
