If I could give 10 stars I would. Power out for 36 hours. Battery backup on sump pump died, basement flooded with 2 ft of water. Called other companies who said they couldn't even come out to look for 2 weeks! This company was here within 24 hours and they are working around the clock. Everyone from the people who answered the phones to Ashley and then the crew that came to clean and cut paneling....James, Berto and DaQuion were superb. DONT CALL ANY OTHER COMPANY. THIS ONE IS BY FAR THE BEST!!!! THANK YOU ALL OF YOU!
Brent and Devin came out and assessed our water damage immediately and got to work limiting the possibility of further damage. They worked in a very timely manner with care and precision along the way.
Highly recommend service master ...professional and courteous. Richard Brogan did the work of the flood I. Our basement from sump pumps and Jeff E. Followed up with scoping and monitoring the drywall etc. great company to work with. Andrea answered calls and promptly returned them.
