106 E Main St, Butler“I got a quick and affordable haircut. There was no wait and it was only $10. She was also able to give me the haircut shown in a picture I showed her. (I showed the same picture at the Allen County Veterans Stand down and they cut it much shorter.). However, she didn't have any parking for the barber shop.“
